VinciSpin KYC verification: identifying an account
KYC verification matches personal details, identity and, where relevant, the payment method. According to the policy, it is required before the first withdrawal. Submit documents only through the designated secure account channel or after a clear request from support.
Possible evidence
| Evidence | Purpose | Important check |
|---|---|---|
| Passport or national ID card | Identity, name and date of birth | Valid, complete and legible |
| Proof of address | Residential address | No more than 6 months old |
| Selfie holding an open ID document | Additional identity match | Only if expressly requested |
| Photograph of a payment card | Matching the payment method | Show only the requested digits or areas |
Process, deadline and differing time statements
| Step | Published statement |
|---|---|
| Request for documents | Review request in the account or through secure support |
| Submit documents | Within 15 days of the request |
| Policy review | The KYC policy states up to 24 hours for review |
| Marketing notice | An offer page states up to two business days |
| Withdrawal | The first withdrawal is processed only after full verification |
The two published statements of 24 hours and up to two business days differ. They are therefore not condensed into a fixed promise; the account status is authoritative. Illegible or unsuitable evidence can lead to a request for additional information.
After KYC is completed, withdrawal continues as a separate process. See Payments; Anti-Money Laundering has more on security reviews. Help is available through 24/7 chat or contact@vincispin.com.
